Personal Information Defined
HeadSET Sports, a product of HSG, Inc, and Sports Minded Technologies LP, considers “Personal Information” to include information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. HeadSET Sports does not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual. HeadSET Sports collects, uses, shares information as necessary in order to provide its services and fulfill obligations pursuant to HeadSET Sports Member Agreement.

Communications with HeadSET Sports
If you engage in a communication with HeadSET Sports related to HeadSET Sports Platform or HeadSET Sports’ chat, email, voice, picture/video sharing or other communication products or services made available to you by HeadSET Sports, or if you engage in a pre- or post-interaction survey (“Survey”) related to any such communication, you may voluntarily provide, or otherwise be asked to provide, personal Information such as your name, age, gender, sport, contact information and other information to facilitate service. By providing personal Information and other information via HeadSET Sport’s communication products or services, you consent to HeadSET Sports collecting and processing such information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Browser Information and Usage Information
We log web browser information (e.g., Internet Protocol addresses and browser types) and other usage information from HeadSET Sports Sites and HeadSET Sport’s various Information Platforms such as page view tallies, time spent on each page, geographic location information, page browsing information, subject matter browsing information and operating system information. If a Member or User is using a mobile or other portable device to visit or access HeadSET Sports’ Site or any of HeadSET Sports’ Information Sharing Platforms, we may collect hardware information related to the device used by the Member or User. Your browser may be set to limit or prevent any of the browser information described above from being transmitted.

HeadSET Sports may allow Members to sign in to HeadSET Sports’ various Information Platforms and/or enroll as a Member by using the sign-in credentials used by such visitor on a third party social media website (e.g., Facebook). By signing in or enrolling using the third party website’s credentials, the Member consents to HeadSET Sports collecting and maintaining the information provided via such third party website. HeadSET Sports is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party website.

Requests for Information, News and other Content.
When you sign up to become a Member or Team Leader, you may sign up to receive information, news and other content related to new and existing products and services related to HeadSET Sports Sites, HeadSET Sport’s various Information Platforms and events and other information related to HeadSET Sports that may be of interest to you. You may also sign up to receive information, news and other content from third parties whose services and/or products we believe may be of interest to you. You will be asked to provide Personal Information, such as contact details and other information, relevant to delivering such news and information. We maintain all such information.

Technical Support Requests
If you need technical support related to HeadSET Sports Sites or HeadSET Sports’ various Information Platforms, you will need to complete a form for the purposes of defining and clarifying your technical support request. When submitting a technical support request, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, including an email address and a description of the issue. We maintain copies of all technical support requests and other information submitted with or related to such requests.

Promotions
From time to time, HeadSET Sports may offer promotions on the HeadSET Sports Site or via HeadSET Sports various Information Platforms. If we do, and if you wish to participate, you may be required to provide Personal Information, such as contact information and other relevant information. We maintain such information.

Listener/Life Coach Applicants
If a visitor wishes to apply to be a Coach on HeadSET Sports various information Platforms, the visitor will be required to submit Personal Information as requested. Any information supplied by or on behalf of a visitor for purposes of becoming a Qualified HeadSET Sports Coach will be maintained by HeadSET Sports, HSG, Inc., and Sports Minded Technologies LP, as well as third party affiliates and other third parties. Please note that HeadSET Sports may have additional privacy terms that apply to HeadSET Sports Coaches. Such terms will be made available when an applicant applies to be HeadSET Sports Coach when an applicant otherwise accesses his or her account.

We use browser information, cookies and pixel tags to determine whether a communication service or marketing material should be deployed on your browser when you are visiting HeadSET Sports’ Site or using HeadSET Sports various Information Platforms. How Does HeadSET Sports Protect Your Information?

Security
Data transmissions over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully and absolutely secure. Our website(s) and our services have security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Information That HeadSET Sports Collects From Users Requesting Calls and Various Forms of Information

When you request a chat or call on HeadSET Sports, we collect personal information that is necessary for you to use the Service. This information is known as Personal Data and includes your name or alias and contact phone number. We also collect meta-data about the overall site, like the frequency of page views and other aggregate information. Finally, we may collect information about your computer, like your IP address and browser information.

In the event that a User elects to purchase paid services, other Personal Information such as name, address and credit card payment information will be collected in order to process payment.

HeadSET Sports may also record your IP address when submitting information in order to combat online crime or fraud.

Information that HeadSET Sports collects from registered listeners
We collect information about you in a variety of ways. When you register with HeadSET Sports as a HeadSet Sport Coach or sharing agent of insight and information, we collect personal information that is necessary for you to use the HeadSet Sport Information Platform. This information is known as Personal Data and includes your name, username, password, contact phone number and other information that may appear in your public profile. We also collect meta-data about the overall site, like the frequency of page views and other aggregate information. Finally, we collect information about your computer, like your IP address and browser information.

HeadSET Sports may also record your IP address when submitting information in order to combat online crime or fraud.

HeadSET Sports may also require an Employer Identification Number or other Tax ID number for Tax purposes depending on payments you receive for providing your services.

You are responsible to keep your password secure. You can also decide not to share any Personal Data with HeadSET Sports by not registering with HeadSET Sports as a coach/ information provider. You can also cancel your HeadSET Sports account.

Social Applications
These services allow the web site to access the data on your profile in the social networks, and to interact through your post. These services are not activated automatically, but require express authorization by the user.

Facebook and Instagram App
These are services managed by Facebook Inc., a company that complies with the Safe Harbor Privacy Policy Framework initiative, guaranteeing the handling of Personal Information. The service allows websites to obtain information about the User within Social Networks (for instance name and surname), as well as to interact with his/her/its account, for example by posting messages or other contents. The service allows websites to obtain information about the User within Social Networks (for instance name and surname), as well as to interact with his/her/its account, for example by posting messages or other contents. This service becomes active only after the express consent of the User, by means of an appropriate authorization window.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos you specifically grant HeadSET Sports a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with HeadSET Sports (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.

When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

You will not create more than one personal profile.If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.

Apple Trademarks
Apple, the Apple logo and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and Canada and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

Mobile
We will provide any mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees, will still apply. You understand that we may not always identify paid services and communications as such.

Child Protection
HeadSET Sports complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and clearly specifies that users must be at least 13 years-old, or must have parental consent under the age of 13. If HeadSET Sports learns of a user who is younger than 13 years old without parental consent, then HeadSET Sports, at their sole discretion, can terminate that account.

Consent and Changes
As indicated above, you must accept the terms of this privacy policy to use HeadSET Sports. You understand and agree that HeadSET Sports can change the privacy policy by posting changes to this Website.
